GILL CONCRETING

Concrete was poured on a day when it rained very heavy. The concrete now has dots from the rain in it everywhere, washing it with a gerni has not fixed it. Lines are not a straight cut and very thick and deep and I have holes in places in the concrete. The owner agreed to patch the holes and paint it to try and fix it. The person that came to paint it has done a patchy job on the painting and not finished the top coat and has also left paint from the roller all over my bricks. The paint does not cover the issues with it at all. When I messaged the owner I got no response at all. Not even a sorry. Not professional and definitely not a professional job at all. I WOULD NOT recommend!!
