Pizza Hut Mango Hill
Decided to get a chicken supreme pizza from here on Sunday afternoon.They were charging 15% surcharge , as per law this must be displayed to customer. Wasn’t displayed .The four young girls looked very busy and hard working .My pizza looked raw -and under cooked, the vegetables were raw. , in order for Veg to cook in a oven , it has to release its natural sugar,The cheese on my pizza was not melted. I will not go back to Pizza Hut Mango Hill

I believe her name is Katie? Kacie? Red head girl working front counter tonight. Spot on service, excellent manners & perfect customer experience for me. This girl definitely deserves some recognition!! Has obviously been trained well, well done pizza hut! will 100% be back.

Absolutely terrible service, pizza's were poorly made, wrong sizes and resembled cardboard, when we rang to complain the manager was rude and abusive and told us to take it to head office. Will never order through mango hill pizza hut again and will be letting everyone know to do the same.

Thanks for bringing back two garlic breads when there was a mistake with the first delivery. Appreciate the time it took for your driver to go and back and come back to deliver them.

Pizza Hut Mango Hill
Ordered the chicken and bacon pizza and only a small amount of toppings besides onion. Wasn't even able to speak to management and girl told me there is nothing she could do. Pretty shocked!Would love to add photos but can't work out how.

Absolutely worst pizza hut I have EVER gone to. Waited over an hour for delivery, and when the pizzas arrived, they had no base and were burnt.The only positive was when I initially called to ask how much longer, they contacted the driver and asked for my order to be next.I choose pizza hut over Domino's because if the quality, however the magic hill store is not worth the money.

I love pizza.. I'm usually pretty chill with pizza.. rarely am I fussy about how it's prepared..But they must have prepared this in the Sahara on a silica gel counter top, because that was genuinely the driest pizza I've ever had.. no moisture whatsoever..It was luke-warm by the time it got here and went cold in about 5 minutes.. probably from the sheer lack of moisture, it was like eating a pizza-flavoured rice cake..Definitely go elsewhere if you don't feel like leaving your pizza in a sauna to revive it.(Please spare me your copy-pasted reply. It's not up to me to improve your pizza quality, do it yourself)

Pizza Hut Mango Hill
Ordered my pizza's with a 70 min wait time on delivery, I had to call the store to see where my order was because it was past the delivery time, and was told sorry we are having issues with our system, I told them you said that last time which the store said it's been going on all week, I told them that I had ordered 3 weeks earlier and was given the same story and they said I don't know and it would be another 20 minutes which ended up being almost 30 minutes. I understand that there are issues and what not but how can you have the same issue for 3 weeks and it not be fixed??? Sure they gave us a free drink and garlic bread but the service of this store has gone down hill and I don't know why. I will not order from this store again.
