The woman behind the counter needs to be trained in customer service.She got what I asked for wrong .And then threw my money and tatts tickets on the counter.LIKE A SPOILT BRAT NOT GETTING HER OWN WAY.Probably the WORST customer service I have ever received.If I was the owner I would send her to do a customer service course.NOT HAPPY !!!

I visit this store for newspapers and purchase of tattslotto. Every week there is never a change in the excellent service that is provided whether purchasing a bus ticket abd all customer related services. One of the excellent services in wonthaggi and i drive the distance even though the service is available locally. Love the way they greet you. Truly nice people. Would like to see more empathy and understandi g when advising and seling ptv tickets from whoever is at that desk. I was in there yesterday and the owner who served us was rude and did not listen and explain the ptv service clearly.
