Aquajet Motel

I can imagine some problems being an older motel,the room we always get room 9 is quite handy to pool. The new owners took over roughy 12 to 18 months ago. One of the owners was on reception until they got managers in, he was so up himself he never smiled and I don't know how many times he said to me I'm one of the DIRECTORS" Ego out of control.The current managers are lovely as of 2/2/23."

This motel is great a 3 star motel that does not pretend to be anything else. The rooms are clean and tidy and the facilities are all that you need while on holiday or for short stays. The location is excellent - right next to Park Beach Plaza with all its attractions, and a short walk to the beach and associated cafes. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Whenever I have to stop in Coffs, I stay here.

I like it, car space available, neat beds and Linen. Funny message to tell people to remove rubbish when they check out. Make sure to wash the cutlery and plates as the shelves has sitting.

I stayed a week ago in room 9. Was lovely. Staff quite rude. The pool temperature was divine. So warm. Returned a week later mainly for the pool temp. Room 1 or 2 was available. I was put in room 2 no balcony. A walk with bags and a baby. Asked about room 1 still a walk but with balcony was eventually allowed to have that. Interconnecting room lock broken so not sure why room 1 wasn't given to start off with. My daughter is disabled so asked for an extra half hour to check out. You would think I'd asked for a set of lungs from manager Trevor. Same guy who interrupted my stay to tell me my car which was parked in the car park was too far forward.So same guy who parked his car on the footpath.For some unknown reason the pool was absolutely freezing. Will not stay again. Would not recommend.

Location is good, but rooms are very dated and not cleaned properly. Found a bud on the balcony, table was sticky, jug broken. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours' TV and bathroom is smelly. Wouldn't recommend and will not return. Too expensive for what it is.

Stay and facilities was good. Very accommodating with our late check-ins- stayed twice. Close to shops. found a man’s wedding ring under the bed before leaving room 15.

It’s not advertised as anything other than it is - a cheap, clean hotel. The room was super clean (if a bit weird smelling) and the bed was comfortable. No room servicing (which is a plus in my opinion) and everything worked.The parks are super tight (sign says front to kerb but they’re dreaming, no nose in possible in that space). Fitting and decor virtually original and balcony worryingly engineered for stability. Shower was like a hundred needles but strong and hot.Was a nice enough though, but don’t expect the Ritz.

We stayed here before & returned because it was a handy location. I think it changed owners as it is updated since. Nice room with small patio over looking the pool.Only thing that was a bit strange is no doona cover on the doona.

Ok place to stay, kind of old fashioned, but it’s good. Nice comfortable and clean bed. Good shower and towels. Kitchenette includes microwave, toaster and jug. Wifi a little patchy. There is also a beautiful salt water pool outside and free car parks!

Very friendly owner, love the pool at the back of our room. Location is very good. Cosy and comfy rooms.
