The cleaner arrived on time. Did what I asked for, that is deep cleaning of my entire house. Finished all cleaning work on time. I was very satisfied with the result. Thank you.

I used Perth Home Cleaners for the first time recently and I was impressed with how thorough they were with ensuring that what I wanted cleaned, was clearly communicated between all parties. I also recognised that Perth Home Cleaners care about their cleaner's welfare too. It is nice to be able to engage with a service provider that has integrity and aims to provide a positive experience.

I do not recommend using Perth home cleaners. The team of 2 cleaners they sent to clean my home used abrasive cloths to clean my stainless steel cooktop (which was not even that dirty) and severely scratched it beyond repair. I put in a complaint and did not hear back until I chased them up almost a week later where they stated that the do not cover any damages but were willing to refund me the cost of the clean or come back and try to fix it (which was not possible unless it could be replaced). I accepted the refund but they only refunded me half of the cost of the clean because that day I only had a 2 hour clean instead of 4 because of their stuff up the time before.It was also a week later when I noticed they also scratched the black drain hole in our en-suite. They clearly don’t know what sort of products to use on surfaces that are very common in all households.EDIT - Perth Home Cleaners reached out to help rectify my bad experience. I was very happy with their response and they advised that they have spoken with their cleaners to avoid a similar situation occurring in future.

I had 2 ladies coming for 2 hours (calculated as 4 hrs at $55 ea)They did a very very a basic clean, which did not include all surfaces as promised.4 rooms were excluds from the clean so I'm honestly not sure what the ladies did, considering one was cleaning 1 bathroom/toilet plus moped stairs, the other did ensuit, kitchen and another toilet.I won#t use this service againa nd can only recommend to you,, that you watch the cleaners so they don't damage your appliances.

So my house was a mess and I barely get time to clean it . I searched for the most positive reviewed company to get my house cleaned and Perth home cleaners came up. I just booked an appointed and they were here the next day. Within hours I couldn’t recognise my own home . Could see my reflection through the windows . Professional and the quality of their work is great. Will use their services again.

I found Perth Home Cleaners to be very responsive to any of my requests. If I had any issues they were quick to respond and sort out a solution for me and they were constantly in touch to make sure I was happy. The cleaners I've got now are reliable and thorough, and do a great job!

I hired Perth home cleaners to do some cleaning at my place, and they did an amazing job. They cleaned the AC that I dreaded for a long time. Thanks to them! Besides the AC they even cleaned my place from top to bottom and I definitely recommend them to any who wants the place to look clean and tidy.

I will use the cleaning and window cleaning services again. They adjusted to a late change in time, turned up on time and did a very good job taking on board areas that had a priority and still achieved the full job on time!
