I needed a replacement screen for my TCL TV and would prefer to spend my money with a small business rather than with a large electronics retailer. Alex is professional, friendly, reliable and polite. We had the misfortune of needing to lodge a warranty claim on our television and the manufacturer assigned AK Electronics to the case. Not only was he very easy to deal with, he kept us more informed throughout the entire warranty claim than the manufacturer ever did. We truly would have been left in the dark if not for Alex.Great service seems very hard to come by these days, but this business gave us nothing less than perfect service. Alex Assistant me with a swap over claim. Very quick and friendly. Goes into detail with the technology to help give you a better understanding of the unit you are buying. Definitly would recommend going through him for advice with electronics and repairs.
