Was renting with Chris Gay real estate for nearly two years have always kept the propert in mint condition staff are rude and condescending, new staff filling out Horrible false misleading rental references to make it harder for my four children and I to get another property else where! Bunch on bullies not a good way to treat people would never recommend renting through this agent they will make your life hell.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueDon't waste your time with chris gay real estate as it'll be a nightmare, they ended our lease very unprofessionally and have stolen our bond in relation to damages to the property when there are no damages to the property. They also scammed us into paying rent for the last week living there when we had paid first and last? That money has yet not been received.

I rented a unit for quite a few years from Chris and Stuart. What absolutely great agents. They work with you and the owner to solve any problems, and quite quickly too, I might add, they are great. Selling a home, a unit, or even maybe a cow !!! , these are the most wonderful gentlemen.! Go for them !!!

I have rented properties from them for a year, I highly do not recommend it! Very bad finish of lease. Very rude and bullies people, not a good way to treat people. Very disappointed to have contact with them.
