For Sale By Owner is an easy valued process. I don't know why more people don't try to sell their own property.It takes away the stress of dealing with inefficient real estate agents.I achieved a higher sale price with a shorter settlement compared to a recent sales campaign with a Real Estate Agent.

I highly recommend For Sale by Owner. I'm so happy I made the decision to go with them. I bought the package with professional photography included. They organised the photographer (same business that works for all the local real estate companies). The process of writing the ad and receiving enquiries was really straight forward and they do offer 24/7 advice with the package. My ad popped up on Realestate.com and looked fantastic, any updates were reflected promptly. My property was under contract within 2 weeks of being up.

Great experience from start to finish. Very professional and prompt service from Colin and Alice who stepped me through the process of selling my own unit. Particularly Colin who was on call Saturday during the day and night to assist with negotiating the multiple offers we received from potential buyers.
