I went to her on and off for a few years until she messed up my bleach job, i went to another place and they said my hair was fried and the worst job they have ever seen. I stopped going to her.

Terrible effort of doing my hair left hair spray all through my partners hair and completely messed it up to the point where she was crying, then offered nothing to fix it an her answer in return after we asked her to fix her mistakes was “you already paid for it” absolutely terrible customer service this place needs to be shut down.

Absolute disgusting service my 18 year old daughter just had half a head of foils done her head is patchy with bleach still on her head . The woman charged her 300 dollars . Now my daughter is in her car in tears as the woman will not give her a refund or even fix her hair. I certainly wouldn't send my worse enemy to this butcher. And she wanted curls and got a frizzy bush instead
