Australia Post - Braeside Bc

What an unprofessional bunch of people!Some days they are in a good mood, some days not...But it shows so much!If your not in a good mood, don't make it felt by your customers! I do not appreciate being on the receiving end of your horrible attitude just because you woke up on the wrong side of the bed!You close at 5.30pm!...That does not mean you turn the lights off and lock the door at 5.25pm!Get your act together Braeside, if you don't like your job, please give it up to someone who would appreciate it.You guys make Aus Post look bad...I hope head office looks at this, it's time to review all the staff at Braeside branch. Definitely time for staff turnover!

Drove 30 mins to only get the wrong package and have to come back.

I'm a regular here... thanks to my wife's online shopping habits. I have always been greeted with a smile and exceptionally friendly service.

Parcel arrived OPENED!!! WTFFFFF???My contents basically fell out and it was obvious someone has tampered my item. My tracking led to the last place being the Braeside PO.It's not possible that no one could notice something like this.

They lost my parcel and now want nothing to do with resolving the issue. After several enquires all I get is the same automated message.

You can pick up mail here, but not drop off. There are no other services.

Helpful collection point for parcels.

Seems to be understaffed. I've had parcels sit there for over a day before being put in the parcel locker for pickup. I've also had parcels addressed to the parcel locker sent to my home address and then taken to a post office when deliverable at home. I've also had parcels needed to be picked up at the counter as parcel lockers are full, so instead of picking up Friday afternoon I need to make a trip in on Monday morning the next week.

I've Had a package sitting here on tracking for 2 months still sitting not moving do they actually work here or is it a facade so they can steal peoples packages I know it was misdirected but two months for an express postage to Qld C'mon
