Amazing customer service, kudos to the whole fam especially for Ben. Ordered my PRX & RubberB strap through them, although had to wait for a little bit because of backorder, it was worth it. Great selection of timepieces in stock in store, reasonably priced according to the market. Definitely would recommend!

Was planning to buy my Oris big crown 38mm from the oris boutique on collins however by a stroke of luck found myself in Swiss Emporium due to Oris being closed on that day. This is where I found myself being taken care of by Ben and his family who were exceptionally lovely. The love for horology in particular stood out with Ben as he helped me with my purchase and we discussed our shared hobby of watch collecting. Overall a fantastic experience and definitely will find myself frequenting their store again in the not so distant future!

It was always a pleasant experience from the time that I first came by just to look around up until I finally decided and purchased a watch. On a recent visit to Melbourne I stopped by this store and was greeted by Benjamin who was friendly & most helpful in assisting me purchasing a Rubber B strap for my Tudor watch. I was later advised the strap was not available after placing my order but a few days later Benjamin contacted me saying it would be sent to my address in Sydney.I can't thank Benjamin enough who went above and beyond to obtain the strap, his customer service was fantastic!I'll certainly will be back for future purchases anything watch related thank you!
