Reposting a review for this business because it seems they don't want customers knowing how shonkey they are.This company will give you the run around. Make excuses on how long your order will take and also not answer phone calls or emails when you have an issue.This business has been previously reported to fair work Victoria as they are happy to take your money but not deliver a product.I waited two months for my order that never arrived then I was given 10 different excuses as to why .Stay away !!

DONT NOT USE!!!! I've been waiting over 6 months, no answer to calls or emails, gone to fair trading, they agreed to refund but have also not complied with that either. They used to have around 50 reviews like this so not sure how they managed to delete them.

David is a CON MAN and should be named and shamed .. takes your money , doesn't reply to any emails, calls or letters .. you'll never get your goods .. How this guy can look his children in the eye and sleep at night amazes me

They deleted my last review. -1mil stars. Been over a year and nothing. 1200usd gone. If you bought and still within the 60 days on a credit card then charge back asap. To late for me.

They have cleared all three other reviews of unsatisfied customers do not I repeat do not give this company one dollar of your hard es money , complete DUDS . I paid over a year ago promised to give my money back so many times . He buys carpets from other manufacturers and on sells they only give him the products when he has the money . Complete DUD

Not a fake review. This is a scam website. He only takes payment via bank transfer, you’ll never get your carpets or your money back. It you do decide to trust him - at least pay with a Visa card. I bought carpet from him in 2022 and haven’t received my purchase. The phone number is just an outsourced answering service, you’ll never get a call back. I’m pursuing my claim via Vic small claims court.
