The best gym. I joined when I first moved to the area 4 years ago. I met so many friendly faces and quickly felt part of the community. Well done Energize!! Exercise doesn't seem like such a drag :).

I’ve been a member here for over a year. It’s a good gym if you know what you’re doing because the trainers here are as cold as a mother in-laws kiss. I would go as far as to say that in 12 months only one trainer has ever spoken to me and that was about my car!

I was a member here in 2016 on a year abroad from the UK and I still think about this gym to this day. I had never been into fitness beforehand but ended up spending hours here each time and feeling like no time had passed at all. Body combat was the most phenomenal class.

Energize Health Club is a fantastic friendly place to get fit. Awesome Gym equipment, Great personal trainers, filtered water and easily accessible lockers. Energize Health Club is good for young teens as well. It has a good community feel about it.

Energize Health Club
I use the Belrose facility. Although it is not the largest of gyms it has everything I need. What makes up for the space is the quality of their staff. Friendly, engaging, personable and nurturing. It really emphasizes the fact that employees really do dictate the quality.

This gym is great, what I love about it is how quiet it is, it’s not one of those gyms that gets really packed. Been going for over a year and I love it!!

Energize Health Club
Energize Health club is a great local gym with friendly staff and reasonable fees. I've been going here for 2 years now and can highly recommend.It's small so there is limited equipment but usually you don't have to wait long for the equipment you want, which includes free weights, strength machines, bikes, walking machines, rowers and elliptical.They offer classes like spin and yoga.

Don't ever pay an up front premium to this club or they will diddle you on any hold times. Not very clean and customer service sloppy
