just had my nails done by a lovely woman named Jill, she was so gentle patient precise and polite. Staff also stayed back late to fit me in and didn’t rush my nails, they are stunning , very talented women.

i have come here multiple times, and each time i have been cut, laughed at by staff, and had nails different from what I asked for. The owner is pushy and agressive, I asked for a plain solid colour and he spent the entire time I waited (40 mins) trying to talk me into longer nails with designs. The first time I came I was 12, and having a pedicure, and staff bullied me for having hair on my legs, and outright told me that it was disgusting and I should shave. I was 12.

I get nervous going to new salons, as I have has some bad experiences… but I really liked this place. They didn’t give me a lot of cuticle care, but otherwise I thought their service was very friendly, professional and efficient. I am confident with the nails they gave me and felt they were a direct representation of what I was hoping

Had a great experience at Chelsea Nails, lovely staff, quick but thorough and definitely felt well looked after getting my nails done with acrylic and shellac. Nice touches were the complimentary bottle of water and hand cream at the end. Will be back.

I've been using Chelsea nails for over 11 years and have never been disappointed in there service! I am always genuinely welcomed and they are willing to form a connection with there chatty customers. I've had many beauty services recieved over the years and can say I am always satisfied. I have been to other salons with friends and I don't find any service that measures up (except for maybe one, who would just be equal to there services!), many are local salons I've explored and I always come back to chelsea where I can trust their service with no doubts!! Some pictures of my beautiful nails today, with my last set lasting for over a month but obviously with major regrowth of my nails (which is expected).Love Du, her niece, couldn't recommend more!!

First discovered this nail salon in 2020 when I made the move from Queensland to Victoria. I have since moved to another region in the South-East suburbs and will make the journey to get my nails done here, rather than waste time and money elsewhere.The quality of work, customer service and friendliness of the staff is worth the trip. The skill here is impeccable, once you go here nowhere else will compare.Pricing is more than reasonable, facilities are clean, comfortable and well kept. You are provided with a mini water on arrival and made very comfortable throughout.Full-set acrylic, pedicure and shellac was approximately $120. Ensure you go on a day you have time, it's an experience not to be rushed.Eftpos and cash payments available. Walk in preferred.

Absolutely incredible. My nails have never been this beautiful. I got french nails with the coffin shape it looks very classy and delicate. They are very kind and take their time to make sure it is perfect and always double check with you to make sure you are happy with the style and shape throughout the whole process. 10/10 experience
