This place was named Lei Tiles before.Now it has changed to Modena Tiles.I am not sure if the ownership has changed or not.

Very professional owner. Advised me correctly about which ones are cheaper at the store and which ones would be better to get from outside. Promptly accepted the leftover tile boxes.

Prices changes according to the difference owner's mind. Male guy always have 20% extra add on their invice price. Not recommended this place for tilers.
