Love this store, I always get a bargain and the staff are lovely.

I wish i could reach out to some serious customer service authority person to look in to this matter.i have been there today and last week as well.that rude blonde hair tall woman was so ridiculous in customer service both time to me. Her behaviour towards me and my lil 1 year old was like we are illiterate and class less.i asked her i want to return dress and she didn't come to counter even.and then came she snatched the receipt from my hand in rude way like why i am here for return. I really want to discuss this matter with some rockman high authority to train her or expel her so that their brand name could he recognise for better customer services.she made me feel so bad today.rockman forestlake has lost one of customer because of that tall rude blonde hair rubbish.

Absolutely rude staff including store manager. No fun in shopping this store and dont expect any customer service from them. No star deserved.

Very frendly people who will go out of their way to help you and wheel chair frendly I would recommend to my frends

on tuesday, I just came and realised that the store at Forest Lake was closed an hour earlier than Google. so disappointed.

What terrible customer service at Forrest Lake Rockmans yday afternoon 16th June 2022, , person in charge had clothes all over the floor, she was right beside me and never acknowledged me and said hello. I was looking at a rack of nights which she changed the price down to $8 . No selling to me. No saying, oh these are now reduced to $8.Went to the counter with 1 item. No service. She thrn asked a young girl to serve me. She tried to tell me my cardigan was $15, not $8. No upselling at all. I asked for a bag and the girl says, so we have run out and no longer do bags. Omg
