One of the drivers emptied our bin and left a whole bunch of paper on the ground and didn't tell anyone it spilled out. Not very professional

I am going to add to the many poor reviews of this company.They obviously haven't improved their service. No one answers the accounts phones and they like to miss collections and still charge for it. Great business model… not even worth one star to be honest.

Absolutely appalling lack of service from Accounts Department. Multiple emails and telephone calls over 5 months to try to resolve an issue. No response to the emails, completely discourteous. Does anyone at Remondis actually care about customer service? Worst service ever. Would give no stars if I could.

Reliable bin emptying, horrible customer service. They are charging my card weekly for a fortnightly empty, and I changed it back in the start of may, sending me overdue invoices, won't answer phone or return voice messages.

Worst service, very disappointing. I have been charged for an extra bin for as long as 6 months and it took almost as much to rectify the situation.

PLEASE DON’T SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANYLike many others, I had the worst experience with this company. After I called up and send email giving them the required notice period to terminate the contract, the account manager called me to ask why I’m leaving and tried to convince me to stay with them, when I refused, she became rude and hung up on me and refused to terminate the account, the bills kept coming despite multiple calls and emails. Their accounts department just a mess, they won’t cancel unless authorised by the account manager. The account manager never ever answered her phone after that. Horrible service. Plus their drivers routinely take the bins with the rubbish and refuse to admit until we finally got him on cctv cameras. Also they add extra bin services to your bill, and as a business owner you just don’t have time to go through the account statement checking number of bins emptied each month, especially if you have more than 1 bin.Does NOT matter what discounts they offer, just show them the door.

We had a major building fire opposite our premises and there was no access for two days. When the bin pick up driver finally got access we had a huge pile of waste and recycling, not only did both drivers do multiple bin lifts but they also helped us load the massive piles beside the bins.With all we had been through and all the problems we have had this act of consideration and kindness has really made us a customer for life.Thank you for going beyond what was ever expected, we appreciate it more than you can imagine.

I don’t even want to give them a star. This company has got to have the worst customer care I’ve ever seen. Avoid them or you will be disappointed.

Impossible to get past the automated telephone system and waiting on line for 45 minutes results in nothing. No response to emails for over a week. Tuetonic arrogance personified!

Their customer care people lie continually, I asked for a bin to be emptied and called them at 8am. I was told that they have completed our area by 8am. I stated that in our years of dealing with them, that their trucks only arrive mid morning or early afternoon, they tried to make me out to be a liar. yesterday their truck arrived at 12h43. Instead of apologising, they defend their lies, can't wait to be finished with this company, a few more months to go....
