Worst service. Stay away from epic. No accountability. These guys are thieves. Service has been down for 4 days and no one answers the phone. They have charged two months in advance. We are with no internet for 4 days.

They don’t respond to emails, don’t answers calls, website or online chat is never available. Not worth the time of day. Appalling service.

It's been 2 weeks and I haven't got any shipping email nor Modem Itself.Telephone line never works for me and Now website is not available..very poor service.Not recommended at all.

If I could rate zero star.. I would.Three and half days late with confirmed provisioning emailed by Epic.Then charges significant Pro Rata fee along with additional Monthly service...Three days later entire service is suddenly shut down across the country.. and still.Zero communication, Zero working points of contact to find out what's going on.Do yourself a favour. DON'T bother!

National outage since 06/05/2021. Did not notify consumers about it. Impossible to get hold of over email and phone. Now their website is down too.

Moved after being with them for 2 months, then this National Outage" and we have no service and sat on hold for over an hour 3 times today to be hung up on. Would not recommend."
