Passion Bakery and Cafe

We stopped in at this lovely bakery during our stay at Coober Pedy on our way through to Yulara in August 2022. I can't quite recall but I think I had a butter chicken pie & coffee. My kids and wife had other treats. The staff were friendly and the food was beyond what we expected. So tasty.So much so on our way back home we decided to stay in Coober Pedy again and had to head back for another visit to the bakery. Once again the food was absolutely beautiful as were the staff.If I ever get back to Coober Pedy we are absolutely stopping in again.. Wow, what a gem of a bakery found in the outback! Coffee? Pastry? Go here! Excellent serves too.

Top notch. Inside is full of delights. I can personally vouch for the haloumi burger, macadamia tart, coffee (a little on the luke warm side today) and custard tart. Friendly service, original and satisfying food.

Great place for food in Coober Pedy! Friendly staff who seem to be loving life. A great selection of pastries and patisserie style items and a lunch menu with items like banh mi, Philly cheese steak, burritos, quesadillas and more. Also available are coffees and smoothies. Definitely a good option for lunch!

After staying overnight in Coober Pedy I needed a good coffee and brekky fix in the morning before my flight back to Adelaide. I decided to try the Passion Bakery, the staff were super friendly and were able to deliver on my triple shot flat white and jam donut, it was spot on and the coffee was exceedingly good. Certainly a good place to stop when staying or travelling through Coober Pedy!!! Will visit again, thanks!

The food that these guy treats out is amazing.One of the best bakeries going.If you're travelling through Coober Pedy and you don't goo here you've missed out on an opportunity.

For a small town, they've got a quality bakery. With homemade pies, pastries, sweets, sandwiches and a variety of bread coupled with cold drinks or freshly made coffee visitors won't be left disappointed. Staff is also very friendly and helpful =)

Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The food was quality, nicely done and tasty. Have tables to dine outside with your dog. Prices are a little high.

Average food. Mushroom pie was ordinary and the chicken sausage roll tasted off. The loaf of bread is not bakery fresh. Would not rush back to support this business
