The old guy was working there, possibly the owner, is the rudest, most condescending person I’ve ever come across. Don’t work in customer service if you hate your life so much, no need to take it out on paying customers. Two ladies that work there are just as bad as well. Won’t be shopping there again. Disgusting “people”. So rude.

Been away a while only realised plaza has quite a few new shops.Not tryin’ to start a long speech just to be critical. The shop is clean and tidy, many choices, but some not all sales member might be a little bit overwhelming…Don’t get me wrong! There is nothing wrong with it, I know you are just trying to do your job, but a good sales does’t need to be pushy if I’ve used the right word…If customer start getting uncomfortable it’s always good to learn how to read the vibe/ facial expressions so then you know when to stop.No shop wants to make the customers feel pressured whenever they need to purchase from there right?

Have been going to this smoke shop for about a year great customer service from the males and the ladies that work there I always have a chat and a laugh with all of them, I don’t go anywhere else now

They got a wide selection of items, female staff member is good however the old guy, i think he is the owner has a bit of an attitude that puts me off going to the store whenever i see him behind the counter.

Absolutely the most nicest store I have been to, kind service and the most respectful workers there too! I have never had a problem with this store, ant other stores I have ever gone to, to buy smokes etc, have been rude and have ignored the fact that I am in their store,But when I come to this store, I get welcome and I also get the most respectful and kindest assistance ever!! So I rate 5 stars!! ♡

Helped my dad to pick up his smokes . The lady’s work there are helpful. They are very polite and wait patiently for me to get the right smoke. That’s what I love about this local shop. Best!

I have never had a problem with this place been going here for years the staff are always polite and understanding when I have had a issue with a product which is very rare I take it back in and have the item replaced with no issue from staff 10/10 I will continue to use Ctc I see them almost weekly and never have a problem.
