I made a purchase and the only record of that is on my bank statement with no order number. I want to return the goods as they are not as represented on the website but I need the order number to submit a request. There is no contact number, only a stupid chat bot. Its pretty sad that this is the level of customer service that's now regarded as ok. I'd really like someone from the company to contact me about this, but I doubt that will happen.

TERRIBLE! Paid for express shipping well in advance of cutoff date for Christmas delivery. Item was supposed to arrive by 12/21. Checked status on 12/20 and it hasn't even finished being made! I had to dig around the difficult-to-navigate website to find a small banner stating the company has had production problems.There has been NO communication whatsoever from the company about this problem. Customer service is poor at best. I did manage to wring a refund of the express shipping cost out of them, but now the item (the one my child wanted most for Christmas) will likely arrive after the big day.Thanks to this experience, I've become a RedBubble first-time-is-the-last-time customer. Well done.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Really annoyed. Ordered a tshirt bigger than was required, as they advised on their website. Tshirt arrived looking like a tent. Website so complicated I cannot order a replacement, so filed for a refund instead. They emailed back (automated) saying they would give me voucher to spend with them, within 12 hours. It has now been 4 days and they haven't replied to my initial or 2nd email. I gave up and went to order another, and now its too late for it to arrive before Christmas. And they dont ever answer the phone. So angry and upset as this was the only present I had for my partner this Christmas.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible print quality. Company doesn't offer refunds on their bad products. T-shirts are unwearable because the print quality is so low, smudged and blurry. No way to contact customer support. No phone number or email, only a form that forces you to choose between replacement order or voucher.

Probably the worst customer service ever! I ordered a tshirt online 3 months ago as a present. It never arrived so they send it again and it never arrived. Finally after 2 months they offered to refund me but did not check the bank details with me first and sent it to a cancelled account. They are now alleging the money has not bounced back and that they will not refund me!! The WORST WORST ever, I will neeeeeever recomend or purchase here again. Shocking service.

Got suspended as a seller with no explanation why - all my designs are original paintings, drawings and photographs. Meanwhile the website is infested with copyright infringement and those sellers remain untouched (probably because they bring in the big bucks).Customer service is both understaffed and incompetent, towards both customers and sellers. In the off-chance that someone actually replies, it is usually an answer copy/pasted from their textbook, offering no help or solution at all.Would not recommend as a seller, nor as a customer. The number of complaints on various social media and fora is overwhelming and Redbubble doesn't seem to care...

I bought online and when received the product I realize it was the worst quality t-shirt ever, image zoomed out almost blurry. Extremely thin cotton!I doubt it can last for a couple of wears. Never again buying from them.

Bought 3 Shirts on the website the prints were sharp and clear. What came was a poor material from China and flakey print.Good Reviews on their own site are fake. Conducted a search for reviews and found a multitude of complaints on other review sites.Dun buy from them.
