Ordered food at 11am it has taken over an Hour & a half to arrive. If you can't promise a reasonable time frame then just cancel my order so I can eat somewhere there at will have a reasonable time, now I'm late to Work because of this order. This use to my favourite place but after this poor experience I won't order from here again. Do better.

I have been a customer for a while. My latest order was terrible and so I called. I was told that 'you have $8 for next order but you need to come in-store ( there's no store, it's a virtual restaurant). I was asked to drive 9km to 'redeem' this lousy $8 off my next meal. I declined, was shouted at and hung up on.Avoid.

Ordered 2 meals and 6 wonton..delivered 1 meal and wontons..rang store for meal we had paid for and told we had to reorder and pay again !!!! NEVER AGAIN..worst customer service

Ordered dumplings through uber eats, and it took around 1 hour to reach me and once I got my food, this is what I got. Cold dumplings with hard sealing and chewy flour and when I hold a dumpling it feels like a thin sheet of metal. Never again.

I’ve ordered dumplings twice from here and both times the dumplings have been raw. Please do not order the dumplings from here!! I have fallen sick from the last order.

We ordered at 5:45pm, with delivery time being 6:35pm which was fine. However by 7:15 we still didn’t have our delivery, with the tracing app stating the Delivery Driver was waiting at the store. I called the store and they said they were running behind due to staff shortages and it shouldn’t be too much longer. Delivery was made at 8:10pm, 2.5 hours after placing the order. Upon receipt of the delivery the food was cold, the portion sizes were very small and one of the containers of soy sauce had opened and spilled throughout the whole bag. We were very disappointed with the experience.

My wife purchased sweet and sour pork. She paid extra for pork belly to receive 5 pieces. It's just enough to fill a small container. 27 dollars later, with a small meal that had 8/10 rice. Ridiculous price for what they offer not good quality or flavour. Purchased through uber eats
