Highly recommended! They are very responsive on Instagram and I was able to schedule my appointment easily. Kaysie was very gentle in handling my hair which is a relief since previous stylists from other places are rough. She also helped me decide the colour and recommended a hair treatment to soften my hair. They also serve free drinks and yummy snacks. Will be back again!

A week ago I came in for a perm with a vision of my previous lush perm done elsewhere. I was quoted more than expected but was then given a discount based on their promotion, however, I still paid more than what I expected.They suggested a haircut to trim the ends of my hair and some shaping but I ended up getting my volume sliced off (literally) but was then charged for thick hair???The perm came out crusty, the curls in the inner part of my head has fallen apart and is almost 100% straight and the extremely short strands from the hair thinning cut pokes out and looks like frizzes. Now I have a puffy wavy top and a straight bottom like a terrible mullet.My terrible hair condition right now kept me up all night which led to this review.

Bella has been cutting and dying my hair since 8 years ago and she is amazing! They have the best skills and hair knowledge. Staffs are super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

I got a bleach touchup and colour. The stylist was really nice and considerate, always asking if i’m okay and if i liked the length of the cut and tested the colour to see if I liked it. they also gave free snacks and made some coffee. thank you so much!!!

Had such a good experience getting my hair done ! The staff are lovely and were very attentive. It’s the first time my hair hasn’t burned getting a scalp bleach done and they even did a patch test to see what colour I’d like best. They’re also very transparent with the pricing. Highly recommend if you want your hair coloured~

As someone who is extremely insecure about her hair, this place does a wonderful job at making you feel like nothing is wrong with it. I went for a hidden dye SILVER GREY colour which is hard to achieve with black hair. I was pleasently suprised that my hair was able to lift to achieve this specific colour and didn't snap off.Curtesy wise they provide a drink, some korean snacks and wifi. Very helpful when you have a long session like mine that went for 6 hours.You have to go for the time they need to rinse your hair. Their chairs recline. It's nice. Just go.The photo doesn't give justice for what they did since they curled it really nicely but the wind got the best of it 7 hours later (I regret not taking a photo in their salon).
