This afternoon around 7pm, I went to the store to drop to swap a 4kg gas bottle and the young lady charged me $29 (all the other stores charge $22)and gave me the key, I went into the cage but there were only empty bottles. I told her and she didn't believe me and even went to check the CCTV. Ended up refunding me the money without saying anything, not even an apology. Terrible service, will never go again

So interesting to see (as expected) this place is 24hrs as I just went there to see if they had any valentine's krispy kreme left and the employee refused to open the door then called out from the night window 'we're closed!'.If 7/11 are still screwing over their staff with wages, then fair play to that guy. But if not- dude, how hard would it be to just scan something through a register?

I love this place for their service always and the smiling guy( an Indian guy with turban) at the counter. The boss is also so warm welcoming

Since when 7-Eleven charging $1 extra for extra shot coffee and lecturing on how to use those coffee machine? This is the first time in 6 years found one 7-Eleven charging for extra shot and spending time on blaming the customer.

Worst customer service ever. All the staff were good except the one working there on Monday evening 18 june 2018 around 7:30 pm Little fat man. He has the bad customer service. I bought two hot chocolate there and just put one coffee shot each and milk and he charged me 8 dollars.4$ for just shot of coffee. I was not worried about about 4$ but the way he told me That he charge $4 for shot of coffee was very rude. Bad experience and will not recommend anyone to go there in evening

Most staff are friendly except the yellow(or gold dye) hair dude. He probably hate his job. 1 star for him, 2 for shop location
