Clean shop same as all the other op shops really but cheaper than salvo stores or vinnies you can buy some clothing that is brand name but pretty good prices I'll be back as the service was good and I like looking at the new items the secondhand clothes were definately cheaper than salvos stores who are off the planet with prices

Every time I go into this op shop the prices go up and up, they have told me that they also buy stock and resell it Which defeats the purpose of the opportunity shop, on one occasion I overheard staff saying that they neeeded to hit targets of 1000 dollars a day. I went to buy some books and took 7 to the counter I asked if I could have a discount because I was buying so many and that they would be a help to my education, I was instantly told no and that they would not budge. I was then told that they are raising money for charity which I know as it is an op shop. Wouldn’t it make sense for the Red Cross to sell more at a slightly discounted price to help charity faster than for it to sit there and possibly not get sold for months. This op shop is the epitome of the modern day rip off shop that seems to be more focused on getting high prices than helping the general community aswell, it is unfortunately becoming quite a trend. I do not recommend and will be advising my friends and family not to visit.

This was the best op shop I’ve ever been to! I’m from Melbourne and we have pretty good op shops but nearly every second piece here is designer and not even pricey! The staff were also really nice too. Would definitely come back :)

Only the textbooks are worth purchasing here as all the clothing seems overpriced. A worn pair of shoes for $40? High prices like this just ruin the novelty of finding quality items at low prices while also supporting a good cause. I mean these are worn items that were unwanted and chucked into a donation bin, surely it wouldn't be unreasonable to expect them to be sold at a lot less. Even some of the higher priced items don't seem to be inspected properly for easy holes or stains but Red Cross seems to think they're a high-end vintage store. It seems like I could buy more here if the stuff were cheaper and had weekly discounts like they do at salvos? Hell, even a bulk discount would be good. I mean this is a charity op shop not a clothing boutique.

Nice opshop with friendly staff. Somethings a bit more expensive than when it was on Melville Street but overall very good .

Overpriced for secondhand items. Children’s clothes from Target, Kmart & Best & Less between $3-$10 which weren’t even in particularly good condition. The shop is well laid out & clean, but should be more accessible for everyone to shop there.

I found it very very pricey! I don’t see the point of selling shoes that someone used a lot and donated for $40. Same with female blouses I found.. many for $20~$25. It doesn’t make sense.. they were donate, for God’sake! I decided to buy the supplies I needed at Salvos and saved loads of money. Then I returned everything as donation back to Salvos. At least I know they will resell for affordable prices to someone who need it!

Since the change of location the prices are so unreasonable for second hand goods. $7 for a baby jacket? $3 for a kid's CD? Definitely won't bother coming back.

Rather expensive for an op shop. The bookshop part has quite nice prices though.
