Bought a used car from Skygrove from home during Victorian stage 4 lockdown. Car inspection was done through video call, Matt was very patient and helpful with providing the info and answering all my questions about the car. Found a minor problem with passenger door lock later on, Matt had been very kind and offered to fix that for me after travel restriction was lifted. Love the car and never regretted getting it despite no physical inspection of the car prior to my purchase, very smooth process and good peace of mind.
