Ordered a car in late Dec, and says it will deliver in Feb. Called the main number 95620888 in Feb to check progress once a week, more than 6 times till now. The receptionst said sales or top manager will call me back, but never happens. I really don't understand a 2-min checking of system would be this difficult.

Absolute disgrace, I will never take any of my VW vehicle fleet here again.My car is only just 2 years, and I have been having issues with the smart stereo ( car play) they ensure me they had changed the screen in the first visit, after leavening 10minute down the road the exact same issue occurred.The second visit they apparently had forgotten to update the new screen, 10minutes down the road again same issue.Called them straight away.Then they told me the complete entertainment system would be replace with parts ordered from Germany. As this is a very rare issue.The third visit ( as I have nothing better to do with my time ) I arrived to pick up the car to find out there is nothing they can do and I have to now wait for some new update from VW.During this process I find that my interior light console has fallen off and complete snapped in several places on the inside out out.I explained to the manager that I take great care of my car and I’m the only driver. This must of happened during all the mess with my stereo. They told me that I had done the damage myself and it was cause by blunt force and it will cost $700 to replace at my expense.Why on earth would I rip my own car apart.What a waste of my time.Worst customer service I have even experienced. Useless from start to finish.Embarrassment to VW.

Bought a used Toyota Corolla. Was in excellent condition for its age. The sales agent Lewis was very professional and friendly. Thanks to the Belinda for sorting out payment side of things. The dealership even happily fixed a faulty rear power window a few days after having purchased the car, no questions asked. Thanks to Carlo for sorting all that out! Overall, very professional team and couldn’t recommend them more!

Poorly run facility. Bad customer service.Even worse communication.VW systematically rip off their customers.I took my car for a vehicle recall, the same vehicle recall as 80,000 other cars with the same DSG fault.I was sent a bill for $3700 stating miscellaneous work" with no other information

Had amazing customer service from the entire team since the initial online inquiry about a new car that was advertised on Carsales.Benito contacted me within 24 hours, and went over the cars functions and accessories, and answered all my questions over the phone. Ended up booking a date and time to test drive the car!We ended up buying the car the day we test drove it, and what really sold us was the level of customer service from Benito.Thank you everyone for the smooth process of buying a new car!

As the EOFY sale is on, we want to do test drives on 3 models which will help us to make the final decision. Mada a booking online and got a quick call from Lewis to confirm the booking of 2 models (1 golf wagon instead of golf since they don't have it available and 1 T-Roc/T-Cross). When I arrived on the day, I was told that he only has time to do 1 test drive with me. He didn't have the SUV model available for me to try and no time to do a second car drive with me too since he is fully booked out. What's the point of making an online appointment when what had been promised is different to how it turned out in the end?The trade in value of my current car came back as $0, as I was told that it will get taken apart and only spare parts would be salvageable (Not to mention that the guy who took my car our for a drive had very bad parking skill. My wheels weren't straight and steering wheel was left in a weird position.) The week after, I took my car to another VW dealer shop and the trade in value came back as $5000!!! This does make wonder that people at Leichhardt either doesn't know the worth of my car OR they are trying to rip me off!!!If you want a better experience, be sure to look around different VW stores and compare prices. Don't be a fool to purchase at this store. Glad I made my purchase elsewhere.

I bought my used vehicle here several years ago. Made an enquiry online a week ago (as I needed some details) - no reply.Spoke to reception via phone two days ago, said they'll get back to me - no reply.I'm feeling disappointed and frustrated. Unless you've got the $$$ to buy a car from them, there is no sense of urgency or care thereafter. Just poor business; this is perspective from the view of a customer and someone who had family members who used to work there.
