We paid for an electric heat pump for our pool that does not work. We have now been waiting nearly 3 months for someone to contact us back to come look at it. We make contact and get told someone will be in touch, but continue to hear nothing. Not impressed with the customer service.

Had an issue with my cartridge filter/pump. Luke (service technician) came out and sorted it out. Very friendly and good rates. Highly recommend.
