VNS Nursing Agency (Melbourne office)

I've joined VNS only recently and so grateful that I did. Recruitment process is so quick, staff are so friendly and helpful.I was extremely happy to join VNS, staff are extremely helpful and accommodating but felt a little bit disappointed recently as they took my off a shift that I've picked up because they are giving it to someone more regular". I thought it is 1st in 1st served but then again I'm still completely new to this agency so maybe that's how it works. And sometimes on the app they have shifts put out but no longer available yet it will be there for a while. Has anyone experienced this issue before?"

VNS have been great to work for over the last couple of months that I’ve been with them. The ability to choose your own shifts to suit you is amazing! Their app is user friendly and quick and easy to change availability. I also love the variety of going to different hospitals! I would highly recommend VNS if you are thinking of doing some agency work.

The professional and friendly staff really care about their nurses and PCA and they are very helpful and accommodating. There is always plenty of work available and it is very flexible, you work when you want to. The pay rates are one of the best agency rates around. There is always help & support . They respond quickly to concerns and always follow up promptly. I love being a part of the VNS family.
