Wise Move Conveyancing
Wise Move did their job, but not any more than that. A simple request to change the settlement date (when both buyer and seller were clients of Wise Move) required 3 emails, 2 phone calls and 3 weeks to process. Settlement meeting was apparently cancelled by the bank incorrectly, was told by Wise Move it would need to occur the next day, that there was nothing that could be done, while my broker called the bank's state manager and made it happen right away. I can't say I'd recommend them to family and friends.

The team mostly handled the process well, except they did NOT advice that STRATA insurance was mandatory on my property.They advised they hadn't been told by the vendor, but neglected to complete their own due diligence.Left me Hugh and dry with an additional cost for additional insurance that had NOT been explained in any of the information they provided.When asked why this was missed and who would reimburse me for the additional cost I was told to seek legal counsel.Wise Move have since ghosted me and refuse to discuss it with me any further.Childish.
