Very quick service on a glass shelf for an antique! AND.. Lovely customer service too!

Had a single louvre to replace,although it was a small job the team at Pete's Glass & Aluminium delivered professional and prompt service Trish made sure I got the right size awesome and friendly customer service from all thank you.

I've used these guys to replace a smashed window to fit an entire new window. Also had precision custom made glass surfaces for my dining table, coffee table and tv cabinet to preserve the wooden furniture. 8 years later all still in tact

We had two security screen doors replaced as part of an insurance job and requested a quote for a sliding security screen door so that they would all match. This was an additional job which was measured and quoted back in March 2022 we advised that we would like to proceed and the order had been placed.Back and forth following up and each time I spoke with Trish it was an absolute mission to follow up on the order and to find out when the door could be installed.At the beginning of May 2022 I was advised that it could be done at the end of the month. I asked my mother if she was ok with this and she agreed soI phoned back and advised Trish of this and that we were happy to wait.I received a phone call whilst away on holiday and called back with no answer so I waited till I was back in Darwin and phoned yesterday 16/6/2022 to follow up and see if the order for the door had been received and when could we book in a time for someone toinstall the door only to have to deal with Trish again not being able to look up our order and that she would need to speak with the boss and would call me back (didn’t happen)So I phoned today 17/6/2022 to follow up only to be told by Trish that she spoke with the boss who said that they didn’t know when they could do the install, and it should have been done together (back in March) so we would need to wait until someone was in the area.Beyond frustrated and I had to explain again that this screen door was not apart of the insurance job, it was an additional job that was measured up and quoted whilst the two doors were being repaired, sothere was no way they could have been done together because we needed to wait for the door to be manufactured.Whilst I voiced my frustration with this process, Trish told me on three occasions over the phone that she was eating a sandwich, she also advised that we would have to wait for the screen door to be installed when someone would be in the area.100% would not recommend the waste of time or headache caused trying to deal with an order.

The guys came out and replaced the rollers on one of my sliding doors. After raising concern over the price invoiced for the works and a request for a review of the amount, Pete graciously advised that he would not charge for the job after realising that advice of a call out fee was not intially provided. This is what a customer-centric business looks like.

Fantastic Job by Pete’s Glass & Aluminum. a removal isn’t broke a glass shelf. PG&A turned the job around very quickly and the new shelf was a perfect fit and identical to the others. Highly recommended if you need the services of a superior glazier.
