Thank you for the Infared Sauna experience.The setup was amazing. Such a beautiful design with the shower room close. So bougie. Sparkling water was a treat, along with Netflix or Spotify. I really relaxed into it. I enjoyed it so much, I’m still buzzing. Booked again for next week!

Had an amazing and relaxing treatment with Angus! The best part was the fact he has helped fix an injury that has been causing immense pain for weeks with little relief.Such a great space that is relaxing yet definitely gets the job done on stubborn injuries . I will be back!!

What an incredible experience, my first time doing cupping. It was explained thoroughly and combined with massage and acupuncture was so relaxing ! I left floating on air and my tight muscles relaxed. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I've had 2 massages with Tom (Thomas Rigby) now and both times were amazing! He knows what he is doing, he takes his time and really gets into the places where it's needed most. I highly recommend Tom! Additionally, the whole experience from entering the beautiful timber building, the friendly reception staff, is all contributing to a very positive experience. We are so lucky to have such a beautiful clinic here in New Brighton!

I highly recommend The Health Cove for any pregnant women seeking relaxation massages or treatment for sore muscles/ joints or any aches and pains in general. I saw Emily for a relaxation massage and she was amazing! She did some cupping which alleviated discomfort in my lower back. I never had cupping before and was so pleased with how much it helped. I also saw Chantelle for pregnancy acupuncture due to numbness in my left arm during my third trimester of pregnancy. After multiple sessions with the physio, the numbness persisted and I didn’t think it was going to get better. However, after 3 sessions with Chantelle involving a blend of massage, cupping and acupuncture, the numbness went away and I am so happy that I can sleep on my side again!Thank you Health Cove, you guys are amazing!
