I feel very sad that I made my appointment and one of the girls simply told me no, I have been a frequent client for more than a year and I find it very sad that they hire people who are not willing to provide a service, I lost my appointment and lost also the departure very disappointed to return ☹️

I had tinting and threading of my eyebrows done today. Was nobody in the salon when I first arrived for around 20 minutes. The lady did not greet myself or the other lady waiting.She threaded the first lady’s eyebrows and processed the payment. Came straight over to me to try start threading. I had to stop her and request that she sanitise her hands (hand hygiene).It was very rushed and very apparent the lady did not want to be there. Did not trip or pluck excess hair not offer aloe/tee tree after. Considering the price is pretty ridiculous.I was charged $35 however upon looking at the website it should have only been $30.So all in all would not recommend.

Really a waste for my money...totally not what I asked for. Make sure you dont go to the chair for treatment before woman understand what you are asking for.....

I used to come to this place very often and a kind lady used to do my threading. Until a few weeks ago I went to do my eyebrows. From the moment I got there I noticed the lady didn't really want to work. She was rude from the first moment. Then she was very rough when doing my eyebrows. She was very slow which made it super painful. I have been doing threading for over ten years and this was the worst. Then when I went to pay she told me that they didn't take card for that amount. I then went and got my partner to get cash. Once I gave her a $50 bill she told me she didn't have change and that I had to go to other stores to look for change. She wanted me to walk around doing her job even though I was 38 weeks pregnant. Once I refused she opened the till and gave me change that she had all along. What a great customer experience. Certainly not going back there ever again.

I got my eyebrows waxed here.- The lady wasn’t very professional, seemed like she just wanted to do the job and get paid. Was very rushed.- The chairs are a MAJOR WHS issue, which is definitely not ok.- The actual waxing was ok, but very rushed. She then asked if she could switch to threading which has never happened to me before, so I was a little confused.- $20 min eftpos when your waxing is $15 is ridiculous. And in an environment like that, you just want to lay and get out.- Overall, she did an ok job, but I still had to fix up my brows when I got home.- I do not recommend going here at all. Unless you’re in a rush like I was to get them done, find somewhere worth the wait.

I got my eyelashes tinted and unfortunately had quite a bad experience. The dye was left on too long and the lady removed it with dry tissues. The dye went directly into my eyes, and it was then removed by roughly removing the dye with dry tissues repeatedly. My undereye skin was red and swollen after. I woke up this morning with bruised eyes. I wouldn't recommend this business.

don’t go here she made one brow bigger than the other, definitely not gonna get a boyfriend after they take one look at my brows. i will resent u forever

Very disappointing. I paid a lot of $ for a terrible & upsetting results, That will now need fixing elsewhere. When I went to pay I was told no eftpos cash only & was asked to go to the bank to withdraw the cash & to hurry up & be quick. There was a commonwealth eftpos machine sitting on the counter top ? . When I came back with the cash I was then asked if I had thecorrect change. I was $1.00 short of the change & got told to go ask my friend if she had it. I was shouting my friend for her birthday ! My eyebrows are completely different shapes 1 is majorly thicker than the other & my friend that had hers dyed had them done black 1 darker than the other when she only wanted a couple of shades darker. A while After paying for the services & waiting for friend , I was asked for more & because she mistake with the costs. Would never recommend even to an enemy !

Used to be happy with the service but I went there yesterday and the lady was so harsh and rude. She even took skin off my upper lip. It hurts so much.

On 09/07/2021 in the evening around 7pm I went to get my eyebrows done. The lady wasn't kind enough and really felt like was rushing just to get her job done quickly. The thread she used I felt it was hurting me from the moment she started. I have now bumps all over near my eyebrows. I have been getting done my eyebrows since 5-6 years and this was the first time it hurt me and was really painful. I really don't recommend this place. The experience was not good at all.
