Australia Post - Alexandria Business Centre

Just went to this post office to collect Wester union. There is a lady there very rude that didn't want to do it even showing her all the details clearly. Rude and useless staff there at least that old lady. I had to leave as she didn't want to do it or she didn't have a clue how to do it. Very frustrating!

Wish can star you 0~not recommend at all…Extremely disappointed and bullied by One of the staff here;she is not only unprofessional but really rude at the same time (she didn’t know how to put the receiver’s Mobil number to the system even after you asked for it (which should not happen) and she lying said she’s gonna put it later…Shocking! What worse was, it happened more than once ) more shocking was, after consistency then she walked to her coworkers near by to seek assistance… Wish you guys can check the camera…Either she could /she would answer the simple question about how many days should be to send an express parcel from Sydney to Melbourne…And, more disappointed is like, no any outcome/ contact after these complaints reported to the AP feedback centre (even made crystal clear that the outcome being required and would wait for it…Should’ve AP considered the extremely terrible feedback from your customers to improve the customer service even though she’s been working there for a long long long time?!…

Shop opening hours have changed from 8am-6pm to 9am-5pm. This is extremely inconvenient for anyone who works during business hours...! Glebe is now the only Post Office in the 'Sydney' area that still operates 8-6. Why? They could at least open for a few hours on a Saturday, or extended hours on a Thursday. This is the gateway to Bank opening hours....! Very irritated. Two thumbs down. Poor form. Not happy jan! Etc, etc.

Not responsive.A parcel was sent to me from overseas, I did not receive any message or note in my mail box, however in tracking status it was written that it has had unsuccessful delivery. I was not informed of the arrival, and when I asked the sender to follow up the parcel, they gave me the tracking number and when I check it the status was saying the parcel is returning to the sender. The parcel was in the post office for 10 days and I was not notify. After I found out about the situation I tried to stop it from returning but no body was answering or helping me properly whereas the parcel was still in Sydney.

Got a notice and tracking that parcel was coming today and with driver.That was 4 days ago and there is no information as to where it is. This is not my first bad experience with Australia Post. I recommend people put in formal complaints to the Federal Ombudsman

I generally dread going to the post as no one is ever friendly. This couldn’t be more opposite at the business center. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that are actually willing to help you out. A true breath of fresh air. Will happily travel a bit out of my way for all my post needs now.

Staff have always been helpful and friendly at thus PO branch. I much rather prefer going here than Rosebery AP as they are rude and unfriendly there. There's also always difficulty in finding parking.

Went in when setting a new account up and didn’t know what I was doing or what I needed and Clare was extremely helpful. Explained everything clearly and simply and was very positive and made it a easy experience.

I was at the Alexandria Business Hub yesterday to obtain a couple of quotes for parcels to Melbourne and Gosford. I was attended to by Caitlin - she was excellent; with customer service skills and deliver extraordinaire. Nothing was too much trouble. Every tasks she carried out was with genuine warmth and attention to detail.I later came back to sent a parcel. I observed her service delivery to other customers and she was true to what I had experienced - simply fabulous and very attentive. She came out of the counter to assist other customers with pride and kindness.She is an absolute asset to Australia Post; and a class act. She is an example of customer service and service delivery with an amazing customer experience. Keep it up, Caitlin.

(1) Parcel cp38676××××cn. It has been almost 2 months, but hasn't been delivered to me. This parcel is via airplane. Please find the parcel and send to me as soon as possible.(2) I called Au Post to check the parcel, but the customer service consultant today was terrible. She's not willing to help. She asked me to contact customs by myself and check the phone number on Google.
