Older and smaller supermarket than many but generally well stocked. Has deli and bakery but on smaller side. Fresh produce generally good. No self service checkouts but staff keep things moving. Friendly staff. Underground parking is good.

Not a good place to get fresh fruits and veggies.The range of fruits and veggies on shelves is small and their quality is not so good.Lately (3/2023), some improvements: better lighting and larger varieties of fresh foods.

An older store that's been serving the surrounding suburbs for many years. It's clean and tidy and well managed. An upgrade by head office is definitely overdue. I found the staff very helpful and friendly to ensure I got what I was looking for.

Updating an older review. This stores standards have gone down considerably. Probably the worst customer service experience I've had at a supermarket.I was served by Alan today @ 6.05pm who had '0' customer service skills - saw customers waiting in line, he was standing there chit-chatting to his colleagues. he wouldnt bother to call the next customer untill I had to barge into his conversation. No greeting, no proper eye contact, no farewell, no please or thank you, no assistance to use eftpos. He was constantly talking to the staff next to him in Chinese and another staff in English. Both the other staff also were happily conversing to themselves while they were serving other customers like robot simply scanning & bagging products. total lack of professionalism, courtesy and respect by all 3 checkout staff. Suggest getting them to do basic customer service training.

There is a battery & mobile phone recycling unit just outside the Woolies. But pls make sure all of your personal information is deleted before placing your old mobile in the recycling unit.
