Brian and Ramez at bolt building really saved us. Our apartment block was initially quoted very high repair costs for the balconies due to concrete spalling damage. I found Bolt Building after doing some research. They were honest and thoughtful and came up with a plan to address the key areas of concrete damage - they fixed the issue without us needing to impose any special levies on the owners. Saved us a ton of money and did great work.

The original work timeframe was 5 weeks (including Xmas and New Year breaks) but Ramez managed to get ALL of the work completed in 2 weeks so it was finished before Xmas. Exceptional! Quality finishes. Would recommend.
