I had a wonderful experience at The Lab Organics. I like to support local and would much rather spend my money here than a big chain. Jo and Avril are across all of the new innovations in skincare and wellness and I left the store with 2 amazing products, feeling just as renewed as I would after a facial! Jo has created a little sanctuary, it is more an experience then a shop. Can’t wait to run out and stock up on more!

I love visiting this store. You can tell that lots of care and research has gone into the products they've selected. Staff have always been friendly and attentive with me. Skincare is a tricky domain because it takes time and experimentation to work out what best suits you. The women who've served me have always listened to my skin concerns and goals and if I've picked up a product that perhaps isn't quite right for me they've gently steered me in another direction. Beautiful business with integrity and great values.

I don't normally write reviews but I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from the Lab Organics yesterday, so much so I left the store empty handed. The store has a nice selection of products and brands but I can't understand why these brands would want to stock their products in this store when the service is so appalling. They don't really seem to care fortheir customers and just want a quick sale. I noticed too that the prices for the same products at other Australian stores are much cheaper. Don't waste your time travelling to this store.

Firstly, love Hunter Lab products. We use several products including shampoo, moisturiser and body wash. Also liked that we are supporting an Aust based company. But, unfortunately my latest experience wasn't good. I purchased the shaving foam, for which the assistant was happy to recommend for sensitive skin. In reality, it not suitable for sensitive skin. The foam creates very minimal lather so it feels like your scrapping the blade over your face. Given that you have to keep applying, and applying. Very disappointed as I was a little excited when I brought it. Don't recommend..

I received the worst customer service at The Lab Organics. It’s shocking. Please don’t shop with them, my order still hasn’t arrived after 3wks, it’s well over advertised delivery time line. No customer service from them. Can’t even reply to my emails. Plus the the staff instore are extremely rude and unhelpful, Never again will I wasted my time coming into the Carlton store. I will not be shopping at this store again. Very disappointed because they have a beautiful product selection.

I was greeted by a friendly staff member. When I needed some assistance, that staff member was helping another customer so I spoke to their colleague. She was so rude. Her attitude took me aback. I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here.
