A complete nightmare to deal with. I'm trying to sell our shares and they don't want to know. I sent them all the necessary information back in January 2021 and they've done nothing about it. If I could I'd give them 0 stars.

We had no choice but to move our business over to Iron Mountain to store our assets. Terrible communication and numerous errors without responses for weeks. Wasting so much of my time chasing their errors.

We have been using RECALL then IRON MOUNTAIN for a number of years. The account manager we had has since left. Staff are either in QLD or NSW. The response time has slowed down in comparison. It is never the same person I deal with. Previously I was familiar with at least 2-3 customer relationship persons. This has changed.
