Love the service at Coles express Williams landing especially at night where a particular female worker is always friendly polite and greets you with a smile always, she is really good at her job,

Always more expensive fuel than anyone else in the locality, but has alot of grocery items for sale

All I wanted was cash out. Short Indian man serving me insisted I made a purchase, which is fair enough, so I bought some chewy. But then when I requested for a $10 note, he refused and claimed he would only give me coins. He then said he didn’t have notes in the till, so I settled for the coins. But when he open the till, lo and behold, there lies several $10 notes. Being stubborn is one thing, being a liar is another. Terrible customer service and even worse employee. Smh

Absolutely rude customer service on 30/3/18 around 4pm by the lady serving at the counter.Employers need to train and teach the basics before hiring such horrible staff.

Last night at around 6pm I had to wait at the pump for about 5 minutes before the attendant got off his backside from the office to activate the pump so I could fill...I replaced the nozzle into the pump at least 3 times to trigger the alarm before he casualy walked out of the office with a grin on his face then he activated the pump...When I walked in to pay I asked him why he took so long and he replied I did not as soon as I saw you pull up I activated the pump for you" which amazingly was a blatant lie...Never filling there again so if you think you can blatantly lie to my face YOU JUST LOST ME..."

The service is very poor, the staff is unprofessional, very rude, will never go again
