I signed up to one of Holly’s programs after watching how she interacted and helped some shared clients. My aim was to get a better relationship with food, as well as learning how to eat healthy having a busy lifestyle.The program I got from Holly was made to fit my on-the-go lifestyle, and based around the food I like. I was surprised how easy it was to follow.I think the best outcome from the program - apart from knowing I’m giving my body what it needs - is that my constant craving for sweets are gone, and that my allergy is almost gone. I’ve also started to loose some weight.Holly has a supportive and non-judgmental approach, with lots of options and suggestions to suit any type and any body.I highly recommend Holly to anyone needing nutritional support.Siri

I had the best experience working with Holly, who not only helped me achieve my goals but also educated me on the importance of nutrition and how it affects you both physically but mentally. Holly guided me to create simple and sustainable habits to achieve my goals rather than just focusing on the number of calories I consumed! I have taken what I learnt during this time much further than the initial 8-weeks, now implementing it into my daily life. Holly is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her field, and I would recommend her to anyone who has a goal in mind or just wants to better educate themselves on nutrition.

I’ve loved working with Holly for my 8 week program for weight loss. I’ve learnt ways to sustainably lose weight without feeling restricted at all; I felt as though I was eating more than usual and the food was delicious. I now have the knowledge to help me choose foods that will keep me fuller for longer and still taste great! I also have the knowledge to help fuel my training sessions to get the most out of each workout. Would recommend Hollys services 100%.
