The owners have changed and it was The worst fish and chips experience I have ever had. We called and they said 45min wait. When we got there we waited an extra 20min whilst 90% of our order was sitting. The staff worked so slowly and at one stage all went out the back when there were over 10 orders waiting. My burger bag had burnt marks from sitting under the grill for so long and the bun disintegrated in my hand because it was so stale. The lettuce was slimy and actually tasted rotten, and their potato cakes were a tiny bit bigger than a 50c piece. So disappointing!

this is this best fish and chips i’ve ever had straight up. the fish was immaculate, we got the flake and it had the perfect amount of batter to fish ratio. you get a great amount of fish for the price. calamari rings were also hitting hard. chips were fresh and hot. yum as. 11/10 will be going back

I have been frequenting this fish and chip shop at least fortnightly for the past 12 months and I haven't yet had a bad experience. The staff are always pleasant, the batter on the flake is great, and the chips nicely cooked. I've tried most of the takeaway shops in Ringwood and this place is your best option for sure!

I've had chips, potato cakes and dim sims from here, they were fine. Ordered a souvlaki for the first time tonight. It was deplorable, terrible. They'd used lamb pieces that had been cooked on a skewer. It was dry, and far too thick. Can't believe I wasted $11.50 on this thin, unappetising roll of dried lamb on lettuce. It had no flavour at all. NEVER again!

Must say one of the worst fish and chips I have ever had. Wanted a nice take away with a friend for Valentine's Day. The fish was oily the chips were dry and horrible, both my friend and I both became unwell. Just a disgrace and will never be going there again.

I went in for an afternoon snack of potato cake. Firstly, I ordered two, but these guys are one of the few left that give an extra, so I got three! Batter was light, not a whole bag of salt, either. Good food.
