EB Games - Mittagong

I've been a customer here for almost a decade. All staff members are friendly, well-mannered and they give me their honest opinion about a game. You get good deals here and I love the carrot system. I once forgot to bring my EB games card, but the guy was able to give me carrots onto my account by asking a few account questions. I love it here!

About 3 months ago I brought cod black ops4 battle pass from this store after I made the purchase I realised that that gave me the wrong one so after about a 30 mins In they said to me that they couldn’t get a refund but the swapped it with a Microsoft giftcard. I made a click and collect purchase last night and brought Tom Clancy’s rainbow six siege advance edition for 28 dollars I got home and realised again that they gave me the wrong one again they gave me the standard vision so I rang them up and yeah I can’t get a refund of my purchase yet on my it clearly show advanced edition so honestly this is the worst ever ebgames store in nsw maybe even aus they ripped me off that many times it’s not funny so be warned

Went into to EB to ask a few questions about a pS5 my girlfriend recently bought. I was having some issue with the tv and controller settings. I asked a sales assistant, I believe his name was mike, for help on both issues and he was amazing. Excellent customer service. Top.marks.

I had a very nice experience as a buyer: I ordered online Wii U from them both the lady over the phone and the other in the store were very polite, answered all my questions and I had a store pick up arranged without any troubles.

This is my favourite place to go, the staff are extremely friendly and give their honest opinion. I would 100% recommended to come here for your gaming needs, also they have great collectables! The main reason I love the store is that they have a 7 day return policy! Come here for a great time.

This place is great and the staff are incredibly helpful. Adam, the manager, is an absolute legend!I purchased a pre owned PS4 Pro and had some troubles, so Adam helped me exchange it for another, and Andrew who also works there, personally picked one up for me from Campbelltown!Unfortunately I was still having trouble and so Adam refunded me with no issue at all.These guys are very supportive and easygoing, and the whole experience was great and they definitely deserve the 5 star reviews

This place is like heaven for gamers! The staff are brilliant and always very helpful. Every time I buy a game or some merch they are very friendly and sometimes discuss their favourite games and also new games coming out! I always go there every weekend because there's always something new and the staff seem to be very little but all friendly and like a family. The prices are very good and they usually have a lot of sales like other EB Games. If you live close, this is a great place to spend a bit of cash and pick up preowned or new games for great prices. You can also trade your games in and get trade credit which is a lot depending on if the game is relatively new. Overall this is such a brilliant and well laid out store with excellent and well trained staff, an excellent manager and a wide variety of games and merchandise!
