Bendigo Pet Retreat

The staff at the Bendigo Pet Retreat were fantastic. We dropped our standard poodle off for day boarding two days in a row as we travelled around Bendigo. Each afternoon we got to find out how well he behaved. Great personalised service!The kennels were very clean and staff super attentive to each dogs needs. They uploaded photos to Facebook each day too.Facebook has more realistic reviews of this business. I'd definitely recommend them :).

Maggie spent the day at doggy daycare and playgroup. The team certainly made sure she had a great time, and seeing the photos of her and her new friends playing together was lovely. She was absolutely zonked 5 minutes after pickup. We will definitely be back when in the area!

Arya had the most fun time playing with all the other small energetic doggies.. I was really enjoying all the Facebook updates - photos and video. Put my mind at ease.

Our boy 3 yr old Loki had his 1st stay in a kennel, since he was 1.Michelle and Bendigo Pet Retreat were fantastic, regularly updating us as to Loki's exploits, messaging and posting pics and videos of him playing, exercising and relaxing in the excellent facilities provided.Will certainly use again when needed and highly recommend Bendigo Pet Retreat.

My 10 year old cat Montay stayed for 3 weeks at Bendigo Pet Retreat and the staff were most attentive to her needs . Michelle took the extra time to call me in WA to let me know she was settling in. A big thank you to everyone. warm regards Lynda

Hello everyone a lot has changed over the past few years here at the Bendigo Pet Retreat. My name is Michelle and I have been caring for our fur guests for many years, I am now the Bendigo Pet Retreat Manager.I am a qualified dog trainer and behaviorist studied with National Dog Trainers Federation which is government accredited. I am also a qualified accredited dog groomer.We take great pride in creating a safe, loving and fun environment for our fur guests both dogs and cats.We have two huge play areas currently with kids play gyms, bouncy beds. Lots of space to run and play.Dogs have such powerful noses so we have started on our scent garden for enrichment. We also have dinner time enrichment.We cater for the shy kids we have extra love sessions which is one to one time to help those kids which may need some help settling in. Absolutely wonderful facility and fur baby home away from home. Our baby Tully loves LOVES going to the this retreat and is always spoilt and loved by all the staff ❤
