Agnele is a wealth of knowledge, warmth and wisdom. The Hypnobirthing techniques she taught helped us prepare, stay calm and be confident for labour, birth and beyond. Instead of being fearful we came out being excited about going into our birth experience. Would recommend her to every pregnant woman to get ready for the big day!

My partner and I took hypnobirthing and spinning babies classes with Agnele.This was my first birthing experience and I wanted to be prepared especially after my endometriosis surgery, I knew the scar tissue would be tight. I did a lot of reading and research and the best thing I ever did was take the classes.Spinning babies was a movement class, aimed at creating space within the womb and optimising baby's position for the birth.Agnele was so amazing, when our due date got closer, I knew I needed Agnele by my side for the birth so I asked her to be my doula and it was the best birthing experience.Her reassuring and calm voice already changes the entire energy in the room.She guided me through my movements during labour, and we did our spinning babies yoga stretches during my contractions.I ended up having a natural birth with zero complications.I want Agnele to be there for all my future pregnancies!

My husband and I had a great hypnobirthing experience thanks to Agnele. My husband was a little skeptical at first but after having done our course we were both grateful we did. We both felt like we were going into the birthing experience with all the info we needed to make informed decisions and we were ready. I had a natural birth and implemented the techniques we were taught and subsequently practised. My husband was an incredible birthing partner and was confident communicating our preferences with our midwives. Agnele was a fabulous teacher who took the time to clarify anything and offered follow up support whenever needed.

Agnele is an excellent teacher with a wealth of experience. I would highly recommend hypnobirthing to all expectant Mums and their partners. It provided me with the tools that made my birthing experience a positive one and allowed me to labour naturally while my husband supported me throughout.
