Although we didn't end up finding the car we wanted (decided we weren't ready to downsize just yet) and buying it through Morley Mitsubishi, we were very happy with the service and advice we received through salesperson Kevin. Polite, efficient and thorough, we will visit again when we are ready to buy another car.

This guys Mr Paul, is very arrogant tone, rude and unprofessional. Moreover he think he owns Mitsubishi and knows more than anyone,,, this guys has more experience than Mitsubishi so better for Mitsubishi to ruin reputation they keep people like him. I asked him for a simple fix in my engine sound and he gave me stories, why this dealership has him? Isn't he too much experienced for this job? Annoying for customers to deal where company claim 10 yrs warranty and u end up explaining and getting approval from people like this. My issue was fix outside but i was scared to go out as it would hve been warranty issue, it was from tyres, even deaf person can hear but not Mr Paul, hats off to u and Mitsubishi for keeping u on job for longer, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Our dealings with Jess were excellent. Her attention to detail was good (even down to her surname), she wasn't 'pushy', did what she could to help us and had excellent communication. Only improvement we thought could have been made was at pick-up when we found that the car was only charged to 12%. Was enough to get us home but couldn't get full excitement until the next day (EV purchase)

Was a very easy process.Did not feel pressured into a purchase at all.Jessica helped us look at options and vehicles, we even discovered the vehicle that we thought we wanted - was not what we actually wanted after all. Jessica spent time with us, bringing vehicles up for us to look at.We presented with a time constraint, that meant we really only had another day or two before we had to leave, they went above to accommodate this request and made it happen.Very helpful staff through the whole process.Thank you very much - we love our Everest and are very happy with it

Went into Morley Mitsubishi and was warmly greeted by Liam Murray. He was an exceptional person to deal with, surpassing the typical salesperson approach. Unfortunately, (at no fault by Liam) I was disappointed to find out that the 2 Subaru Liberty's I had specifically come to see were not available at the time.
