HV Aluminium

Initially I really regretted my decision to go with HV Aluminium. It took 14 months from when I signed the contract and paid a deposit to the job being finished. Communication which had been great to start with dropped right off, my queries by phone and email weren't answered. I wondered if the project would go ahead. There was no action until I wrote a Google review. When work started, a key piece of information had not been communicated to the builder and my patio was dug up unnecessarily.To be fair, the final job is excellent and I'm delighted with it. The men on site did a great job. Mistakes made were rectified quickly and the cleanup was thorough. So if you're not in a hurry and you're prepared to chase information which isn't forthcoming, this could be the company for you.

After multiple quotes and refusals that my requests could not be accomplished. HV Aluminium quoted and completed the job professionally before expected job completion date, at an affordable cost, great communication prior and during with excellent workmanship, very clean and tidy tradies.
