Deserves 0 star. There is a dorevitch vehicle which means someone is inside but door is locked. Called the number 5-6 times but no answer. If you dont want to work and do your job, stay home, dont be a free loader. I needed to do a fasting blood test and now I have to do it some other day because it must be done with the fasting status. Pathetic service.

I have done my Covid-19 test on 2 of aug till now I haven’t received my results even in 4 daysMy frn did yesterday she already got are results same day .It’s really annoying…

The slowest pathology I’ve ever encountered…. Still waiting for almost 1 hour with only 7 person behind me….. it does not take 10 mins for each person to get blood test done ….the worst part is the collector only done 1 person and does not care if people are waiting ……

I found the girls to be gentle and helpful when looking after my daughter. They were very professional and quick but took the time to look after her as well. This will be my regular place to go for bloods from now on.

Website says that they do covid testing. Turned up only to be told that they don't do covid testing. Waste of my time and theirs.

I came after three days of being very ill to get a covid test and when I arrived they said they can only do it if you have a doctor's referral. You can't neccesarily just call your doctor because most bulk billing clinic's are extremely busy.

Suzanne is the InCharge and she know this incidentI came to the pathology this morning to get a blood test done for my wife.At around 10am me ,wife and an old citizen were treated very rudely by the person on duty. He was also yelling. I asked for his name multiple times in order to complain but I wasn't given the name.Hope you understand that this behavior is very unacceptable and it should never be repeated specially with an old citizen.I request you to take further action regarding this matter.
