X90 treadmill: the sales staff were knowledgeable and NOT pushy. Ordering was simple and organising delivery was easy. setup/delivery staff were great, they explained everything we needed to know including maintenance. They cleaned up the space after setting up the treadmill so it was ready to use. Very happy with the product and service. We all enjoy using the treadmill - great selection of features for a range of fitness goals.

I bought a X9 Treadmill from these guys and I have been complaining that it keeps skipping and throwing me off. They at first recommended silicon spray which I have put under the mat but it is still doing it and shutting off and coming up with error message E1. I have written to this company several times and no-one has gotten back to me in over a week so far. I have found this quite disappointing.

I called about purchasing a treadmill as a surprise for my son. From the beginning of the phone call to delivery of the treadmill was a really great customer service experience. The gentleman who took my call was super helpful, explained everything clearly and the process was so easy. When the treadmill was delivered, my son said the delivery staff were absolutely wonderful with both setting it up, explaining all of the features and how to use it properly. Fantastic company, this is the second item I have bought from Cardiotech and they are really helpful. The salesman answers any questions and queries you have and will assist you anyway you need.The guys delivering my treadmill were great, very helpful and explained everything very carefully despite English not being their first language.Very pleased with my new treadmill!

Very happy with my choice to go with Cardiotech! The machine is quiet, light weight and a good size for my bedroom. I dealt with two team members and they were friendly and helpful and the guys who delivered were also very friendly and gave a thorough run through on how to use and maintain the machine!

What a smooth, efficient process right from the start. Michael and Daniel answered all my questions and my order was processed quickly. I had my treadmill a couple of days later. The delivery men were very thorough in their set up and explanations of the machine. A great experience from start to finish. My new treadmill looks great and had its first workout today.
