Have been here a few times, staff never seem to know what I'm talking about when i describe what I'm looking for, and I'm talking pretty basic stuff. Quite unhelpful. But the stock is usually worth browsing at for inexpensive & generic gifts. So just go with realistic expectations.

Will defiantly be buying from this store again!! Australia post delivered my parcel to the wrong address and offered no reimbursement However, the owner of the store resent the items to me at his own expense and said that they like to make their customers happy. You can't top this kind of customer service and I am forever grateful. Thank you :)

Got LEGO for my friend’s birthday. Many LEGO items to pick! I am not a LEGO professional but I saw some of the rare items on the shelf. Although the price is not as low as in Target, the abundant line-up worth it, and the price is still very reasonable. The staff are patient and friendly as well. Will definitely come back again.

sales lady.. she is japanese or chinese very rude. does not even know how to do a customer service. at first she was selling us a broken toy, when we said its broken she said you mighthv broken it.. how can a customer break a sealed and packed toy? she was so rude.

Rude staff and limited toys. Came in to ask for a specific toy, the staff didn't even bother to look or check the system, just shook her head instantly.
