Roof lining job was good but broke dash speaker.never offered to fix it. I called him about it he said he would fix. But made no effort to find one. I found on on Ebay in 2 minutes. I will not recommend him. Customers matter

I left a small item here after asking if they could make me 6+ similar items. I was told to expect ~$30 each and it would take a couple weeks. I left my number &, after 6 weeks, having heard nothing, called to check. I was told “we’re busy” but I’ll get to it “next week”. Almost 4 weeks later, having heard nothing, I picked up my item (an aircraft pitot cover) and left in disgust!!!This bloke might (?) be the best upholsterer in the Illawarra (or not) but, with customer service this poor, I’d be taking my business elsewhere!...and to be completely clear, if he’d said the job was too small/difficult/fiddly or bothered to tell me on my second visit that it wasn’t going to be done any time soon, I’d have been completely OK with that.Good luck!

Repaired the roof lining on my Tiguan. Did a brilliant job for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
